We immediately secured the compromised account, resetting credentials, revoking active sessions, and auditing login history. Our team then performed a full investigation to identify malicious forwarding rules and unauthorized access points.
After containment, we delivered a tailored one-on-one education session with the user to reinforce best practices around account security — including multi-factor authentication (MFA), phishing awareness, and password hygiene.
To ensure complete remediation, we conducted a thorough scan for lingering traces of malware or infection on the user’s device and across integrated services. All malicious artifacts were successfully removed.

The project began with a full audit of XANCO’s existing 1G network, which had become a bottleneck for their high-performance media workflows involving large video files and archiving. Skyline IT proposed a scalable, future-ready solution featuring a 25G core router and switches, workstation and server upgrades with 25G NICs, and optimized NAS storage. New fiber cabling ensured full-speed, low-latency connections across the entire network environment. The upgrade was implemented in phases to minimize disruption, with zero downtime during business hours. Once deployed, the 25G infrastructure delivered immediate performance gains, enabling transfer speeds of over 2GB/s, a 2000% increase. With the new network in place, XANCO is now positioned to scale confidently into the future.
